Rome City Guide_Art&Design

Start your day on one of Rome’s premier design streets exploring art galleries and home good stores alike. You won't come away empty handed! A relaxing lunch and stop at the Gagosian gallery recharges you for an afternoon perusing the art and antique stores that line some of the most beautiful streets in Rome. End the day discussing your finds with locals over a glass of wine and charcuterie board. Your path along the way will take you through the heart of the city with the opportunity to admire architectural feats while enjoying (arguably) Rome’s best gelato.

Gerardo Sacco

Unique, intricate, and dazzling are just a few words to describe the works of master goldsmith Gerardo Sacco. His passion for jewelry started at the tender age of 10 and provided him the opportunity to better his life. Forced to drop out of school and work to help support himself and his family, Sacco soon became the apprentice to a local jeweler. He worked for the jeweler for nearly 12 years, when at the age of 22 he decided to start his own business.
